David Schmidt joined Matteson Partners in 2012 and serves as Managing Partner, leading the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in sales and management roles from venture-backed startups to Fortune 500 companies, David brings a wealth of successful, real-world knowledge to the Executive Search industry. David’s “servant heart” mentality is present in everything he does, from family life to community service to corporate leadership. David currently resides in Atlanta with his wife, Kim, is a native of Minnesota, and holds a BS from the University of Minnesota.
